TRP Recruitment is helping a leading fashion supplier in Leicester to recruit a Junior Designer for their Menswear team. You will help develop trend-led, commercially successful ranges for major retail accounts, collaborating with design and sales to drive product development.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within a fashion menswear design role at a retailer or supplier.
• A strong interest and passion for menswear fashion and current market trends.
• Experience designing across multiple product categories would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Supporting the design and development of menswear multi-product ranges across a variety of categories.
• Conducting trend research, competitor analysis, and market shopping to identify key trends, colours, fabrics, and silhouettes.
• Creating mood boards, trend presentations, and customer-focused design concepts.
• Producing detailed CADs, technical sketches, and specification packs to support product development.
• Working closely with internal teams to develop commercially viable products that align with customer requirements and market trends.
• Assisting with fabric, trim, and garment sourcing to support seasonal collections.
• Preparing and presenting design concepts and range developments to customers and internal stakeholders.
