TRP Recruitment Limited is partnering with a Leicester-based womenswear brand to recruit a talented Multi-Product Designer to join their team.

You will design across multiple womenswear categories, research seasonal trends, develop mood boards and CADs, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure fit, quality and finish. The role requires a strong portfolio and a commercial mindset that reflects the brand handwriting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Womenswear Designer with multi-product background.
• Strong portfolio across womenswear categories.
• Commercial mindset with brand handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Design across a broad range of womenswear categories, creating cohesive collections.
• Research seasonal trends and silhouettes for the target customer.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, range concepts and design presentations.
• Create CADs and technical packs for suppliers and factories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure fit, quality and finish.
• Develop product from concept through final sample.
• React to in-season trends and trading information.
• Ensure collections balance novelty, fashionability, wearability and commercial appeal.
