About the Role

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll help increase awareness of charity campaigns by engaging directly with members of the public across North West London. Working in busy community locations where people live, work, and shop, you'll create positive interactions that educate people about each charity's mission while encouraging long-term support.

This role combines in-person marketing, customer engagement, and sales, giving you the opportunity to develop practical commercial skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

• Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a minimum weekly pay plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
