Moon Moments Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based client for a Graduate Marketing & Sales Executive to join their team in London. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, business development, sales, and brand management through live campaigns for nationally recognised charities.

You’ll work across pop-up events, retail promotions, and branded activations, learning how campaigns are delivered face-to-face and how relationships with the public are built to drive

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognised charity campaigns at pop-up events, retail promotions, shopping centres, and branded activations
• Deliver engaging face-to-face marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and public engagement
• Build relationships with members of the public through professional and consultative conversations
• Communicate campaign objectives, charity missions, and the long-term impact of supporter contributions
• Learn customer acquisition strategies and how campaigns convert interest into action
• Support campaign delivery while maintaining brand standards and customer experience
• Record campaign outcomes and use feedback to continually improve results
• Collaborate with experienced team members and managers to develop marketing, sales, and leadership skills

This opportunity is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build practical experience in marketing, business development, sales, customer acquisition, and brand management. You'll work on live campaigns for nationally recognised charities, gaining hands-on experience that goes far beyond classroom learning.

Working across pop-up events, retail promotions, shopping centres, and branded brand activations, you'll learn how successful marketing campaigns are delivered face-to-face, how customer relationships are built, and how organisations grow through effective communication and brand representation.

Whether your degree is in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sports, Events, or another discipline, this role provides structured training, ongoing mentoring, and a clear pathway to develop your commercial skills.

About the Role

As a Graduate Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll become part of a team responsible for planning, delivering, and representing live marketing campaigns on behalf of nationally recognised charities.

Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll gain first-hand experience interacting with customers, promoting charity campaigns, analysing campaign performance, and developing the communication and relationship-building skills that are essential within marketing and commercial business.
