Job summary

People First in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Junior Assistant Customer Service for Banking. The role is office-based, full-time, 35 hours per week and permanent, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Good customer service skills and communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales interviews and identify customer needs; recommend tailored products and services.
• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Open both individual and company accounts.
• Conduct and fulfil KYC compliance requirements.
• Support the Review team to liaise with customers for information.
• Ensure smooth operation of the Open Counter, calls, emails, and banking hall shifts.
• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
