Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited in London is recruiting a Junior Maintenance Plumber to work at a commercial building in Tooting, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance under supervision. The role covers fixing leaks, taps, toilets and pipework, unblocking sinks and drains, carrying out PPMs and routine inspections, and supporting senior plumbers with installations.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with an immediate start and a temp-to-perm contract; a Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential).
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Fix leaks, taps, toilets and pipework.

Junior Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Tooting, London - £22 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting for a Junior Maintenance Plumber to work for an established company situated in Tooting, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Temp to perm contract
• Immediate start

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Fix leaks, taps, toilets and pipework.
• Unblock sinks, toilets and drains.
• Carry out PPMs and reactives
• Carry out routine inspections and basic fault finding.
• Support senior plumbers with installations and repairs.

• Keep work areas clean and complete maintenance records.
