Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in London is seeking a Junior Maintenance Plumber to join a facilities team at a commercial building in Tooting. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on a static site, with an immediate start and a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.

You will assist with plumbing repairs, unblock drains, carry out PPMs and support senior plumbers on installations. The position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with a pay rate of £22 per hour (umbrella).

Qualifications

• Level3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential).
• Experience within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Fix leaks, taps, toilets and pipework.
• Unblock sinks, toilets and drains.
• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance.
• Carry out routine inspections and basic fault finding.
• Support senior plumbers with installations and repairs.

CBW is currently recruiting for a JuniorMaintenance Plumber to work for an established company situated in Tooting, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
