Job summary

TDA Group is seeking a Junior M&E Estimator with an electrical bias to join our busy Project Division in Bromley. You will support the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions across mechanical and electrical building services, with a focus on electrical installations.

Based in Bromley, the role offers a competitive salary (£35,000-£40,000 per annum) and benefits. Key requirements include 3-5 years in the M&E sector, strong numerical skills, and the ability to read technical drawings

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in the building services or M&E sector.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC/plumbing basics.
• Experience assisting with M&E cost estimates, material take-offs and tender returns.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for M&E projects and tenders.
• Assist with tender submissions for projects.
• Interpret and check drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Support commercial awareness and accuracy in bid submissions.
