LJ Recruitment in London is seeking a Junior Luxury Car Sales Executive to join our prestige Kensington showroom. You will learn every aspect of luxury vehicle sales, work with an experienced team and receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Previous automotive experience is not essential; candidates from sales, retail, hospitality or customer service with passion for cars and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and customer-focused with a passion for cars.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when speaking to customers and building relationships.
• Willingness to learn and develop in luxury automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and deliver a professional experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend vehicles based on needs.
• Present vehicles confidently and conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Respond to and follow up showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop your own pipeline of prospective customers and sales opportunities.
• Learn how to present finance, warranty and aftersales products.
• Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM.
• Stay up to date with vehicle specifications and the luxury market.
• Ensure showroom displays are presented to an exceptional standard.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
