LJ Recruitment is sourcing a Senior Luxury Car Sales Executive for a prestigious Kensington showroom in London. You will manage the full customer journey, from enquiry to handover, building long-term relationships with affluent clients.

A polished, commercially driven sales professional with a passion for luxury cars is required. With a £30,000 base salary and uncapped commission, the role offers significant earning potential and potential salary flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• Proven track record selling high-value or luxury products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Sell new and used luxury vehicles across a premium portfolio.
• Conduct personalised showroom appointments and vehicle demonstrations.
• Discuss and present finance, warranty and aftersales products.
• Negotiate high-value transactions confidently.
• Develop repeat, referral and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience at every stage.
