Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, with a mission to democratize access to culture and experiences. We are looking for an experienced Event Producer to support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in delivering high-quality Fever Originals events across the region.

The role combines production excellence with data-driven decision making to create memorable experiences, while coordinating with a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in live event production.
• Preferred experience in Theater / Stage Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate all event aspects.
• Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions.
• Strong vendor and venue network.
• Understanding of technical production requirements.
• Familiarity with permitting and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication with partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Able to think strategically on an event brief.
• Hands-on and willing to do required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event productions from pre-production to post-event wrap-up.
• Support Fever Originals in development of new productions and formats.
• Create production timelines and ensure schedules are met.
• Budget assessment and management across event scopes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for execution.
• Participate in marketing discussions from a production perspective.
• Scale Fever Original IPs and manage multiple productions.
• Research new vendors, technologies, and venues.
• Handle permits, insurance, travel, and on-site logistics.
