About The Role

BrewDog are looking for a Junior Lab Technician to join our dynamic and fast paced brewing environment for a period of 6 months. This role will support our wider team with sampling and testing including microbiological sampling and processing, analytical and biochemical testing and sensory evaluation of beer and raw materials. Approach challenges with a positive and collaborative attitude, maintaining an open mind to positive change. Delivering high quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

About You

Relevant degree level qualification in Brewing Sciences (or related scientific field / applicable experience). Experience in food, beverage, brewing, manufacturing and/or quality desirable. Knowledge of food/beverage regulatory requirements advantageous. A passion for beer of course!!
