Job summary

You will join an experienced team to improve the company\'s software systems by creating digital forms, workflows and simple business processes. Full training will be provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• A keen interest in IT, technology or software.
• Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Enjoys solving problems and learning new systems.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning how to use the company's business software (EHSWise).
• Creating online forms and simple digital workflows.
• Helping to improve the way the business works through technology.
• Speaking with colleagues to understand how their processes work.
• Testing new workflows to make sure everything works correctly.
• Updating reports and dashboards.
• Helping write simple user guides where needed.
• Recording project progress and suggesting ideas for improvements.
