Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive IT Support Assistant to assist the Data Analyst and IT Support Officer with installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing faults, and solving technical issues both over the phone and in person.

You will handle first-line user support, help with new equipment setup, monitor IT systems, and contribute to project rollouts while documenting processes and maintaining security precautions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users across the business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist with setting up new equipment and user accounts.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.
• Document processes and update helpdesk tickets.
• Get involved with IT projects and rollouts.
• Help to create manuals on accessing servers, logging in to private networks or using new software.
• Provide a record of any support calls and log repairs to hardware.
• Create an adequate supply of IT-related stock for the business.
