Innovo Global Talent in Bedford is seeking a motivated Junior Internal Sales Engineer to join our Drives & Automation team. This role blends engineering knowledge with customer interaction and commercial exposure, ideal for someone with a technical qualification looking to start a career in engineering sales.

You will work with experienced sales and engineering colleagues, handling product enquiries, quotations, and technical solutions across industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Technical engineering qualification required.
• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals for automation, drives, and motion control solutions.
• Support customers with product selection and technical enquiries.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email.
• Assist with order processing and project coordination.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
