The successful candidate will design across building services, develop drawings, perform calculations and liaise with clients and contractors, with mentoring from senior engineers and opportunities to expand across sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.
• Willingness to learn and progress in a consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of UK standards and regulations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design across a range of building services projects.
• Residential and commercial developments experience across schemes.
• From concept through to detailed design involvement.
• Produce mechanical calculations and design documentation.
• Develop drawings and specifications for projects.

A growing independent building services consultancy is looking for a Junior / Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join its established team in Sevenoaks. The role would suit a graduate or early–career engineer looking for excellent training, varied projects and genuine opportunities to progress.

• Mechanical design across a range of building services projects
