CityGrad is seeking an organised, proactive Analyst to join our Chief Underwriting Office (CUO) within the Reinsurance division in London. This entry-level role supports underwriting teams, regulatory processes, events, and strategic initiatives, offering a strong start to a career in insurance.

You will collaborate across Legal, Actuarial, Marketing, and other teams, manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and learn through practical exposure to governance, risk, and cross-functional projects.

Qualificações

• Degree education required.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
• High accuracy in compliance and multi-step approvals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory coordination for BMA, PRA, and Lloyd's, including toolkit and authorities.
• Support underwriting sign-off with reviews from Legal, Claims and Actuarial teams.
• Track and manage action items as Risk Champion and support Business Continuity Planning reviews.
• Act as internal audit support and liaise to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate team events and the Annual Conclave, plus ad hoc broker events.
• OrganiseTraining, activities, speakers and venues for Junior Underwriting Meeting and OneRe agendas.
• Contribute to Culture & Engagement initiatives, including surveys and volunteering.
