Job summary

TurnStone Insurance and Reinsurance Services in London is recruiting a graduate to join its established team as an Insurance Audit Analyst. The role involves preparing for underwriting, claims, Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrator reviews, with data analysis, risk assessments and identifying anomalies for investigation.

You will work in a hybrid setup from the City of London, gaining exposure to multiple lines of business and jurisdictions, with a training programme including CII

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a 2:1 degree (any subject).
• Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Desire to develop knowledge across multiple lines of business, products and jurisdictions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating reviews with clients and staff.
• Good organisational skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines met.
• Ability to work in a team or independently while meeting reporting timeframes and quality requirements.
• Constructive, questioning mindset—drive efficiency through practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collation and analysis of data to understand risk levels for clients and identify areas for further investigation.
• Internal and external written and verbal communication at all levels, including senior and junior personnel.
• Collation of information for inclusion in client reports.
• Opportunity to take responsibility, including leading the preparation of smaller reviews.
• Work as part of a team to deliver larger coordinated reviews.
• Use of Lloyd’s of London tools such as ATLAS, DAM, Crystal and Risk Locator.
