Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for someone with a support background who is eager to develop their infrastructure knowledge. The role involves dealing with issues across the company, focusing on Active Directory, Windows Server, and Exchange.

We are working with a company that needs someone to join their team, providing infrastructure support within a European Infrastructure Team. Responsibilities include handling tickets, supporting business users, and assisting with the overall operation of the network infrastructure, which may include some low-level projects.

Although this is a junior role, we are seeking candidates who already have a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, preferably with 12 months or more experience in an infrastructure role.

Required Skills And Experience

1. Previous technical support experience, dealing with users and working to SLAs.
2. Strong experience with Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, and Windows Operating Systems.
3. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Network Infrastructures is highly desirable.
4. Knowledge of call logging systems, raising, and closing tickets.
5. Knowledge of software and hardware support, including building PCs and installing software/hardware.
