• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in collecting and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct time studies and motion analyses under supervision.
• Help develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process enhancements.
• Learn and apply various industrial engineering software tools and methodologies.
