Nomios is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our UK&I team in Basingstoke, with the flexibility to work from our London office. The role offers broad in-house exposure in a fast-growing pan-European cybersecurity group, focusing on commercial contracts, data protection, employment, and corporate matters.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will support commercial teams, draft and negotiate IT and cybersecurity agreements, assist with due diligence on M&A, and help implement group-wide

Formación

• 1–3 years' experience in a legal role (trainee, paralegal or junior in-house).
• Degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Solid grounding in English commercial contract law.
• Interest in IT/cybersecurity sector advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (IT, cybersecurity, reseller, and vendor).
• Acting as day-to-day contact for UK&I legal queries across the wider team.
• Supporting employment law, data protection, and corporate matters.
• Monitoring regulatory developments relevant to the UK&I business.
• Contributing to group-wide policies, contract templates, and legal tech initiatives.
• Supporting mergers and acquisitions and integration projects (duediligence and post-completion).
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Supporting continuous improvement of legal processes.
