Nomios is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join the UK&I team in Basingstoke, with the flexibility to work from our London office. This role offers broad in-house exposure across commercial, employment, data protection, corporate matters, and M&A within a fast-growing international cybersecurity group.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will draft and negotiate contracts, support day-to-day queries, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to group-wide initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years' experience in a legal role (trainee solicitor, paralegal, or junior in-house counsel).
• Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Solid grounding in English commercial contract law.
• Interest in IT/cybersecurity sector is advantageous.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Aufgaben

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners (IT and cybersecurity services focus).
• Act as day-to-day contact for legal queries from UK&I colleagues and coordinate with the wider legal team.
• Supporting employment law, data protection (UK GDPR), and corporate matters as they arise.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the UK&I business.
• Contributing to Group-wide policies, contract templates, and legal technology initiatives.
• Supporting mergers and acquisitions and integration projects.
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Supporting continuous improvement of legal processes and ways of working.
