Job summary

Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd is seeking a Junior Implementation Specialist based in Banbury or Sheffield, with a hybrid model requiring three days in the office. You will lead solution design and configuration across Polaris applications, translating business requirements into practical, scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams, support automation, and travel to customer sites as needed to deliver successful deployments and handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience running discovery workshops and translating requirements into technical designs.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software and SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting implementations from build to handover and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and process reviews to understand business outcomes and risks.
• Design end-to-end workflows and configuration that align products with processes.
• Assess feasibility, define deliverables and contribute to estimates and SOWs.
• Build and validate configurations, data mappings and integrations with product teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing, deployment and handover.
• Deliver customer trainings and knowledge transfer; document designs and records.
• Capture lessons learned and suggest improvements for delivery methods.
