• Degree in Human Factors or Ergonomics or related discipline.
• Membership of the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors or willingness to obtain.
• Collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Human Factors work packages across rail sector projects.
• Capture requirements from internal stakeholders, customers and project teams.
• Evaluate Human Factors issues and contribute to solutions/recommendations.
• Assist bid and proposal activities and business development.
• Collaborate with safety, training, change and UX teams.
