A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to deliver a professional HR service across front office functions. The role includes international recruitment, advisory support, and end-to-end management of HR processes. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in HR operations and collaborate with teams across the UK and Germany, ensuring a streamlined HR experience.
The role
This is a great opportunity for a capable Junior HR Business Partner to support two growing front office business functions, with the provision of a professional, comprehensive and pro-active HR service to the organisation. International hiring and interviewing will be key over the coming 12-18+ months. In addition to functional alignment, the Junior HRBP will be a key point of contact for our London offices and will cover various smaller functional areas independently as an HR Generalist.
