Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Dudley is seeking a proactive Junior HR Advisor to support managers on employee relations, absence management, and HR data interpretation. The role is based in the Dudley office and requires working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a six-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have HR experience, CIPD Level 3 or above, a full UK driving licence, and strong Excel and communication skills.
