Job Description

This role ensures full implementation of company EHSQ policies and procedures. You will be part of a growing, experienced team dedicated to maintaining high health and safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
2. Compile RAMS for all projects and ensure adherence to RAMS and task-specific SPAs.
3. Promote a positive health, safety, quality, and environmentally conscious culture across the Group.
4. Investigate non-compliances, accidents, incidents, and near misses.
5. Review corrective actions from non-conformances.
6. Conduct weekly site inspections.
7. Complete regular internal audits on projects, procedures, and sites.
8. Report on EHSQ performance and recommend improvements to the EHSQ Manager.
9. Review EHSQ documentation submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
10. Assist in compiling EHSQ reports and memos.
11. Analyze accident statistics and trends.
12. Maintain professional knowledge, including IOSH membership and conference attendance.
13. Manage K&M document system as appropriate.
14. Develop EHSQ training requirements and assist in their rollout.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health and Safety.
2. Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Safe T Cert.
3. Experience in the Construction industry.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Valid driving license and vehicle.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
