What You’ll Do

• Design creative assets for print, digital campaigns, social media, websites, events, and out-of-home advertising.
• Support the delivery of impactful marketing collateral, from prospectuses and banners to billboards and branded merchandise.
• Work closely with the marketing, outreach, and campus teams to ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
• Collaborate with printers and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the evolution of our brand visuals while maintaining guidelines and tone of voice.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and youth culture to ensure our visuals remain current and exciting.

What You Bring

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator and Premiere Pro are a plus).
• A portfolio that shows creative thinking and attention to detail across both digital and print.
• A degree or equivalent qualification/experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• A keen eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Great communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to take feedback and grow.
• An interest in youth culture, education, and visual trends.
• Bonus: Familiarity with working with print suppliers or handling production processes.
