Employment Basis: Part-time – 3 days per week
Salary: £21,000 to £27,000 per annum (Pro-Rata – equivalent to £35k to £45k)
Location: Remote
Main Purpose: This role is to take the lead on all KTAs IT requirements, including developing, maintaining, updating, and supervising the website, CRM system, and phone system. Additionally, to safeguard, support, and troubleshoot KTA hardware and software applications, such as laptops, Pandadocs, Make, and Microsoft 365 accounts/packages. Collate and provide accurate data/reports to SMT and SLT.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- CRM Management:
- Data input into the CRM system.
- Coordinate reports and manage overall data within the CRM.
- Create, format, and distribute company-wide reports.
- Online Presence Support: Create and maintain the company website and social media profiles.
- Cyber Essentials Accreditation: Collaborate with external consultants to ensure compliance.
- Data Capture via Online Survey Systems: Support data collection through online survey platforms.
- Online Course Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for online courses.
- Support for Teams: Assist traineeship, study programme, AEB, and sales teams with IT needs.
- Website Support, Maintenance, and Design: Manage, update, and redesign the website as needed.
- Newsletter Distribution and Creation: Support creation and distribution.
- Company Contact Database Management: Design, update, and maintain the database.
- Monitoring IT Trends: Stay updated on new IT developments.
- Automation of Processes: Create systems to automate routine tasks.
- Device Repair and Maintenance: Provide ad hoc support for device issues.
- Process Streamlining: Optimize existing processes.
- IT Resource Support for New Employees: Provide necessary IT resources and support.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to generate insights for management.
- IT Security Management: Assist in security implementation and maintenance.
- SEO Optimization: Improve website content for search engines.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with IT vendors to ensure service quality.
- Integration of New Technologies: Research and evaluate emerging tech for integration.
- Collaboration Tool Management: Support setup and management of tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Troubleshooting and Help Desk Support: Provide technical support to employees.
- Quality Assurance Testing: Test and ensure quality of IT systems and applications.
