The role:

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support coaching and developing your team, taking ownership of shifts to drive performance.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing team members and maintaining high standards
• Is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
