The role:

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to drive performance, and ensure high standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing shifts, planning staffing to ensure coverage, and coaching on the go
• Understanding labour management, rotas, and learning about restaurant financials
