Job summary

Westbase Technology Ltd is seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, focusing on insightful analysis, process improvements, and strategic partnering. Part-qualified or qualified by experience candidates are encouraged, with strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews across UK and international markets, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to translate data into actionable insights and drive

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified by experience with strong commercial finance experience.
• Solid Excel skills and experience with analytics and financial modelling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with non-finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Operations to support margin analysis, cost control and profitability.
• Review commercial performance and deliver financial insights to aid decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning with stakeholders.
• Contribute to automation and process improvements for scalable reporting.
• Build dashboards and NetSuite analyses for real-time decision-making.
• Assist month-end close and support year-end audit prep.
