Qualifications

• Experience of producing annotated monthly management accounts is essential.
• Full Clean driving license required for travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the posting of month-end postings and ensure accurate categorisation.
• Maintain and update all cost and budget models working with the Finance Business Partner Team.
• Support the preparation and reporting of national statistics as required.

Responsibilities

Month End Support

• Oversee the posting of month end postings ensuring correct categorisation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate posting of overtime, real-time deductions, insurance and property and resolve any discrepancies.
• Production of monthly reporting including commentary

Governance

• Ensure accurate balance sheet management and regular rolling forward of financial files.
• Support the management of the duty deferment account.
• Manage and collaborate with sites to resolve any outstanding issues related to purchase orders.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Maintain and update all cost and budget models with relevant data, working with the Finance Business Partner Team to enhance models to provide better management information.
• Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of budget and forecast reporting within deadlines.

Reporting

• Support with the preparation and reporting of national statistics as required by regulatory bodies.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other departments.
• Support the maintenance and distribution of weekly financial reports.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
