Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Finance Analyst to turn numbers into insight and influence business decisions. You will produce regular management and financial reports, support month-end processes and help with budgeting and forecasting across the business.

The role suits candidates who are PQ or FQ with ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, who can communicate clearly with finance and non-finance colleagues and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PQ or FQ status: ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in a Management Accountant, Reporting Accountant or similar role.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and turn into actionable insight.
• Strong communication skills; able to interact with non-finance stakeholders.

We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join a successful Cardiff-based business - and this is a great opportunity for a finance professional who wants to play a key role in turning financial information into meaningful business insight.

Whether you're part-qualified (PQ) or fully qualified (FQ), we're interested in hearing from candidates with experience in a Management Accountant or financial reporting-focused role who can combine strong technical finance skills with excellent communication.
