• Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related subject.
• A-Level student looking to start a career in finance or a junior administrator
• AAT Level 2 would be useful but not essential. Comfortable with numbers and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and assist with customer invoicing.
• Support purchase and sales ledger.
• Raise purchase orders and match invoices.
• Help with weekly and monthly payroll.
• Support bookkeeping and finance administration.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and trading reports.
• Update finance information on the company's MRP system.
• Assist with transition from Sage 50 to Xero.
