Job summary

Impact Recruitment in Corby is seeking an Accounts & Finance Assistant to join a growing finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support with basic bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing and general finance administration, with training provided as you develop across the ledger and management accounts.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate, A-Level leaver or early career entrant with strong numeracy, good organisational skills and a keen desire to learn and progress in finance.

Qualifications

• No extensive accounting experience required; training provided.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop across bookkeeping, payroll and management accounts.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and assisting with customer invoicing.
• Supporting purchase and sales ledger.
• Raising purchase orders and matching invoices.
• Helping with weekly and monthly payroll.
• Supporting bookkeeping and finance administration.
• Assisting with monthly management accounts and trading reports.
• Updating finance information on the company’s systems.
• Liaising with suppliers and customers.
