Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Finance Assistant for a Grantham-based manufacturing company. The role focuses on credit control, invoicing support and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will work with the accounts and administration teams, help manage weekly payroll and contribute to a structured benefits package including an enhanced pension and generous holiday allowance. Monday-Friday hours and early finish on Fridays are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or finance administration roles.
• Ability to support invoicing, payments and general financial tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating with accounts and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments, reconciling accounts and resolving invoice queries
• Support invoicing, payment processing and general financial administration with finance and operational teams
• Manage weekly payroll
