This role supports the finance team across various functions, including FP&A, month-end, and transactional finance.

Description

• Assist with bookkeeping activities and prepare monthly management accounts, including transaction posting and reconciliation across multiple bank accounts.
• Perform bookkeeping and reconciliation for investment portfolios, accounting for gains, losses, and revaluations.
• Maintain and reconcile inter-company loan balances.
• Work across multiple entities within the group.
• Prepare and upload journal entries into the accounting system.
• Oversee month-end reporting, including reviewing management accounts, tracking cash positions, debt levels, securities, and preparing financial forecasts.
• Assist in weekly cash flow reporting and loan security analysis.
• Ensure timely reporting and manage workflow and tasks.
• Handle administrative and ad hoc duties as needed.

Profile

• AAT/ACCA part-qualified
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with various finance systems
• Previous FP&A experience
• Highly organized with multitasking abilities
