• Experience with machine tools is advantageous or apprentice-trained background.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify machine problems and breakdowns.
• Train customers in operation, maintenance, and safety aspects.
• Conduct routine service of machines and equipment.
• Promote consumable sales and maintenance contracts.
• Promote sales of machine tools and related equipment.
