Job summary

JJ SEARCH LIMITED, on behalf of a boutique wealth management client in Edinburgh, is seeking a Trainee Fee Data Analyst to support the client fees management team and oversee fee data processing across quarterly cycles.

You will learn data flows for client and adviser fees, ensure data accuracy, and maintain data integrity, collaborating with Front Office, Finance, Custody Services and onboarding teams to ensure accurate client charges.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant Financial Services or Investment Operations Data experience
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in accounting/finance
• Numerate and accurate with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational fee processing each quarter
• Monitor data quality and accuracy of client/adviser fees
• Assist with MI reporting under supervision of a Senior Fee Analyst
• Coordinate with Front Office, Finance, Custody Services and onboarding teams
• Maintain fee schedules and discount/holiday approval processes
