LGT Wealth Management UK LLP, with a presence in Edinburgh, is seeking a Senior Fee Analyst to support end-to-end fee processing and data accuracy. You will work with the Senior Fee Analyst to manage quarterly fee processes, data amendments, and ad-hoc client fees within established SOPs.

The role requires strong numeracy, Excel and MS Office skills, and experience in Wealth Management data entry/maintenance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Wealth Management data entry and maintenance experience in Operations/Finance
• Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management abilities

Mansioni

• Process end-to-end operational fee data each quarter
• Manage fee data amendment requests
• Process ad-hoc client fees per standard operating procedure
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy
• Monitor data to identify incorrect fee set-ups
• Identify fees detrimental to clients (i.e. above our standard rate)
• Monitor MI to ensure staff account fees align with policy
• Support the discount/fee holiday approval process for new and existing clients
• Maintain the discount register and quarterly reviews with Heads
• Maintain client fee schedules for accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Own and maintain stakeholder materials on the intranet
• Develop SME understanding of the function and drive improvements
• Assist IT/Project teams with testing data for Figaro releases and changes
