Job summary

• Understanding of planned and reactive maintenance.

• IT literate and able to produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of hard services across 4–5 buildings.
• Work with on-site engineers and contractors to ensure works are completed on time.
• Monitor service delivery for health & safety and contractual standards.
• Assist with budgets, purchase orders and contractor invoices.
• Attend site meetings and produce reports on building performance.
• Build relationships with clients, occupants and service partners.
