Job summary

IMT Resourcing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Facilities & Contracts Manager to take ownership of a maintenance contract across two residential sites in South East London. Based primarily in Blackheath (SE3) with one day per week in Beckenham (BR3), you will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, lead two onsite handymen and serve as the main client contact.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the facilities maintenance contract.
• Lead and coordinate two onsite handymen.
• Manage PPM schedules, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate engineers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure outstanding works are completed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, compliance and service records.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Build a strong relationship with the client and resolve issues proactively.

Blackheath / Beckenham Permanent £45,000 Monday-Friday (8-17)

We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Contracts Manager to take ownership of a maintenance contract across two residential sites in South East London.

What's on Offer

• Circa £45,000, permanent Monday-Friday position with responsibility for a key client contract.
