Job description

The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Junior Export Operations Coordinator.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key contact for defined markets, orchestrating the seamless flow of customer orders from entry to delivery. You’ll ensure every detail aligns—from volume forecasts to shipment coordination—while keeping customers informed and satisfied. With a sharp eye on performance and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you’ll manage everything from export documentation to exception handling.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Primary contact for defined markets, ensuring seamless order execution, alignment with supply plans, and proactive resolution of any issues impacting customer delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end sales order processes, ensuring accurate entry, clear communication with DRP/customers, and timely updates on order status.
  • Coordinate order shipments across stakeholders, manage SAP flow, monitor credit limits, and optimize transport units to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Prepare and share compliant export documentation on time, ensuring alignment with customs and trade regulations, and coordinate inspections as needed.
  • Management of exceptions: returns, missing stock, damages, theft
  • Management of Master data: coordination and creation of master data for products, prices, new customers, new flows
  • Track KPIs and logistics issues, driving continuous improvement through targeted actions.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in the field of logistics / customer service / export operations,
  • Skills in logistics, transport,
  • Customer orientation, proactivity, anticipation, communication, organization, analytical mind and autonomy,
  • Good SAP ITP skills,
  • English language skills.
