We are working with an ambitious Freight Forwarder in the Heathrow area that is looking to take on a trainee export clerk due to growth.

Our client is a dynamic Freight Forwarder seeking the next export superstar! You will receive full training provided one-to-one by the current Export Manager and will become a full 360 Air Export Operator. This is the perfect opportunity for an administrator to enter the world of freight.

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling all aspects of Air Exports, including customs entries.
2. Arranging collections with agreed hauliers.
3. Engaging with the warehouse to confirm shipment arrivals and screening status.
4. Liaising daily with airlines, carriers, handling agents, and customers.
5. Communicating with overseas agents.

Candidate Requirements:

• Interest in working within Freight Forwarding.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and telephone.
