NEW VACANCY - Our client based in Chertsey is recruiting for an experienced airfreight export clerk with comprehensive start-to-finish experience in air exports.

Duties will include:

1. Arranging collections and contacting shipping companies
2. Preparing AWB's, MAWB, and HAWB documentation
3. Completing customs entries
4. Booking with cargo handlers and airlines
5. Pre-alerting and post-flight coordination
6. Providing high-level customer service

You must be well-organized, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work towards tight deadlines.

Requirements include:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Polite phone manner
• Background and criminal record checks (5 years)
• Valid driving license and own transport due to location

Hours are Monday - Friday with rotating shifts: 07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, and one weekend every four weekends (4 hours or until finished)
