The Londoner in London is seeking a Meetings and Events Junior Event Manager to join its renowned Events team. You will assist in planning and coordinating meetings and private functions, building strong client relationships and ensuring flawless delivery in a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Meetings & Events within premium hospitality, superb organisation, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple events and clients with confidence.

Formación

• Experience in Meetings & Events, preferably within premium hospitality.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication with clients via phone, email and in person.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and coordination of meetings, events and private functions from confirmation to delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller events while assisting on larger occasions.
• Build relationships with clients and communicate requirements clearly.
• Conduct client meetings, show rounds and pre-event discussions.
• Prepare event documentation and coordinate menus, timings and AV needs.
• Work with Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify opportunities to maximise event revenue and guest experience.
