Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is assisting an Aberdeen-based group to recruit a Junior/Trainee Estimator (Structural Steel). This role offers tailored training within a globally operating company and a hybrid work arrangement.

You will be trained to handle the full estimation scope for onshore/offshore remedial works, producing quotes, tenders, BOMs and bid submissions. The position is mainly office/home based with occasional travel to client sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Background in fabrication/structural engineering/steelwork required.
• Willing to undertake tailored training and progression.
• Occasional travel to sites worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Estimate for onshore/offshore remedial works.
• Produce quotes and tenders.
• Create BOMs and bid submissions.
• Predominantly office/home based, occasional travel.
