Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is assisting an Aberdeen-based group to recruit a Junior/Trainee Estimator (Structural Steel). This role offers tailored training within a globally operating company and a hybrid work arrangement.

You will be trained to handle the full estimation scope for onshore/offshore remedial works, producing quotes, tenders, BOMs and bid submissions. The position is mainly office/home based with occasional travel to client sites worldwide.

Qualifications

Are you a Junior/Trainee Estimator from a structural engineering/steelwork background or similar, looking for one on one tailored training, within highly ambitious company offering direct career progression to a fully-fledged Estimator?

In this role, you will be trained to be responsible for the full scope of estimation for onshore/offshore remedial works. You will produce both quotes and tenders alongside BOM's and bid submissions. Most of your role will be office/home based, however, there is occasional travel to customers sites worldwide.

This role would suit a Junior/Trainee Estimator coming from a background within fabrication/structural engineering/steelwork or related, looking to kickstart your career with ongoing tailored training and clear progression paths to senior positions.

The Role

• Estimation for onshore/offshore remedial works

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
