Reed FE are working with a College in Nuneaton and are seeking a Junior Enrichment Coach to support the delivery and development of the college's enrichment programme. This role involves working directly with students to promote engagement, co-lead activities, and strengthen the student voice, ensuring all students have access to meaningful opportunities for personal development, leadership, and community involvement.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, delivery, and promotion of the enrichment programme across the college.
  • Co-lead a variety of student-led clubs, societies, and community initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for student voice platforms and promote the use of tools to monitor and celebrate student participation.
  • Support the design and delivery of student leadership and personal development opportunities.
  • Assist in gathering student feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of enrichment offers.
  • Help organise and deliver internal events, campaigns, and volunteering programmes.
  • Collaborate with college teams to promote participation and build positive relationships with external organisations to enhance enrichment opportunities.
